In this low-budget psycho-killer movie, poor Hall finally escapes the mental institution his mother put him in. Now worse than when he went in, Albert has developed a mother complex, naturally, and feels it is his duty to seek out and destroy all "immoral" women. Eventually he meets and falls in love with his "ideal"--a nine-year-old girl. Obsessed with protecting the purity of his beloved, Albert goes after the child's tainted older sisters.
