Trade in a Spielberg space alien for a Yamaha motor bike, keep the special effects on the inexpensive side, then assume filmgoers under age 12 are morons, and what you get is THE DIRT BIKE KID, an innocuous and wholly forgettable effort aimed at the preteen set.
