Diplomatic Siege

After an American commando squad led by General Buck Swain (Tom Berenger) kidnaps Colonel Peter Vojnovic (Uwe Ochsenknecht), a Serbian war criminal, Serb nationalists promptly retaliate by seizing the US embassy in Bucharest. Fortunately for the hostages, computer whiz Steve Mitchell (Peter Weller) eludes detection by the building's heat sensors. Along with attache Erica Long (Daryl Hannah), Steve tries to neutralize the situation before Swain storms the embassy with bloody consequences.
