Padilla, a lovable seven-year old moppet with unrelenting cuteness, steals this Tijuana-based charmer. A quintet of kiddies who one day "borrow" a dime from the church charity box, place a wager and win big. They have considerable trouble redeeming the blessed ticket, though.
