Foran returns from riding the range to find his father murdered and his cattle missing. The crooked sheriff of the territory arrests Foran and throws him in jail. (Yes, the sheriff and his gang are the real culprits.) Foran breaks out and forms a band of sagebrush vigilantes who bring the corrupt lawmen to justice.
