Set in a grim Arizona territorial prison at the turn of the century, McNally is a psychotic killer seeking vengeance on Robertson, an ex-lawman serving time. McNally tries to break out aided by outlaw queen Mayo, but she switches sides at the crucial moment and helps Robertson quell the breakout with a Gatling gun.
