"We'll make the whole world small!" A strange and offbeat tale by that master of the weird, Tod Browning. Lionel Barrymore stars as a wrongly convicted prisoner who escapes Devil's Island with mad scientist Henry Walthall. Walthall has perfected a serum which reduces all living things to miniature, and he passes his secret formula on to Barrymore. Barrymore then uses it to avenge himself against the men who framed him.
