This silly story was shot at the height of the roller skating fad of the late 1970s and early 1980s. After sitting on the shelf for six years, the film was finally released, thanks to the videocassette market. Tracy is a roller skating fool who heads off to San Francisco, where wheeled
shoes rule. He ends up working at a skating rink and tries his hand at wooing Handler, a real tease who makes his efforts at romance rather difficult. Andy gets some help from Benedict and Sanford, however, via cash and sage advice. All this fluffy nonsense results in a film even more forgettable
than ROLLER BOOGIE or SKATETOWN U.S.A.
