An oddity, this French film is set in Ireland and dubbed with Brooklyn accents that destroy any verisimilitude the film may have once had. Delorme is a nun who hears of the execution of her brother by the IRA leader she worships. Gradually she sinks into madness, planning the assassination of her one-time hero. Unrelievedly bleak and not very engrossing, not to mention unconvincing. leave a comment
