Even those of us who don't bray like a brain-damaged donkey every time Larry the Cable Guy grunts, "Get 'er done!" will be surprised by the self-proclaimed redneck comic's follow-up to his big-screen debut, LARRY THE CABLE GUY: HEALTH INSPECTOR.
