An inane film about three pizza delivery boys who want to enter a break-dancing contest for the $10,000 prize. Before they can get to the contest, the young men must deliver pizzas, and not surprisingly their pizza rounds lead to some rather strange hijinks. One lad gets caught up with a
Nazi doctor; one encounters a bizarre sculptor; and the third gets the obligatory sexy woman. Finally the kids get to compete in the big contest against their rivals, and the results are predictable. Although the story is silly and worthless, this is a unique film in that writer/director Handler,
a youth counselor, used many former street-gang members in DELIVERY BOYS.
