Defend My Love: Review

Gassman is a reporter who decides to up circulation by digging into a nice scandal. He targets as his victim Carol, now the wife of banker Ferzetti, but formerly the personal secretary to a nobleman who was poisoned. The reporter discovers that Carol's polio-stricken was apparently born out of wedlock. However, Carol tells Gassman that the child is the daughter of her former fiance, a flyer killed in the war.
