Ian Keith is a Shakespearean actor who leaves a trail of ruined women and broken marriages in his wake. When he is murdered midway through the film there are a good half-dozen suspects. The second half is largely the questioning of these suspects by the police until it is revealed that the
theater prop man, the last one anyone would suspect, did it. Suspenseful, but nothing here to really recommend.
