This pleasant middle-age romantic comedy stars Page as a postmistress of a small town who travels to New York for a post office convention. There she meets and falls in love with bachelor Ford, who is betrothed to widow Lansbury, mother of a teenage son. Though Ford looks forward to
finally having a family, he, too, falls for Page, and the comedy arises from his juggling of the two situations. Good supporting cast with solid direction. The song "Dear Heart" was nominated for an Oscar.
