Deadly Hero: Review

Competent cop thriller shot entirely in New York City. Williams stars as an innocent young cellist who is attacked by slimy creep Jones. She is saved by cop Murray, who brutalizes the criminal and then kills him. Williams is so shocked at the unnecessary force that she files a complaint about the cop's overzealousness. This sets Murray off completely (he was a borderline psychotic anyway), and then he begins to terrorize the woman. Treat Williams' film debut. leave a comment
