Deadly Daphne's Revenge

The New York-based Troma Inc. is best known for manufacturing gonzo exploitation spoofs with goofy titles, like CLASS OF NUKE 'EM HIGH PART 2: SUBHUMANOID MELTDOWN. Sometimes, however, the company simply buys some poor obscurity, long complete, and pastes on a nerdy new name. Such is the case with DEADLY DAPHNE'S REVENGE, a perfectly straight-faced and perfectly wretched drama of life's little ironies.

Daphne barely figures in much of the story. After her brief intro as an asylum escapee, the shaky camera shifts to Cindy, comely teen hitchhiker picked up by a motley band of businessmen on a boozy weekend excursion. That night in the lodge, Cindy consents to sex...
