George Zucco plays a dual role as twin doctors--one good, the other evil--in this cheap but enjoyable Poverty Row effort. The evil doctor dabbles in the occult, and after he dies, is exhumed by his hunchback assistant, Zolarr (Dwight Frye), coming back to life as a vampire.
