Another "Inner Sanctum" mystery starring Chaney as an artist who is blinded when his lovely female model Acquanetta, who is jealous of his fiancee, Parker, throws acid in his face. Chaney must undergo a tricky eye transplant that requires the tissues of another person, dead or alive. The donor is killed and so is Chaney's model. The finger of guilt points at the artist.
