Question: My friends are having a huge argument: Is Renee Zellweger in Dazed and Confused or not? We've watched it repeatedly, examining every background blonde to no avail, and the presence of Zellweger-doppelgänger Joey Lauren Adams doesn't help. So is she or isn't she?

Answer: She is, but I've never been able to pick her out. Renee Zellweger has an uncredited, nonspeaking bit part as one of the senior cheerleaders in Dazed and Confused (1993). It was her first screen role.

Rory Cochrane may have shot himself in the foot before thieves put a bullet in his character's chest.
