Minor romantic comedy that takes place entirely on the first day of spring and details the lives of a prosperous British family whose members have been gripped by "spring fever." Husband Roger Hilton (Ian Hunter), is almost seduced by a young actress(Marcia Ralston). His wife Dorothy (Frieda Inescort) nearly succumbs to the charms of a suave bachelor (Roland Young). Their daughter Catherine (Olivia de Havilland), tries to snare handsome artist Paul Francis (Walter Woolf King), but his wife (Peggy Wood), puts a stop to it.
