A surprisingly good crime tale set in a Mafia-dominated village in Sicily. Nero plays a northern Italian police captain sent into the heart of mob territory to investigate the murder of a construction supplier who refused to give the Friends their due. Nero's efforts are constantly frustrated by the citizens' unwillingness to talk and face the wrath of the local Don, Cobb.
