Mohr plays a vagabond who takes on the identity of a murdered cop and decides to solve the crime and avenge the murder by busting up the local gangster's rackets. The movie was shot in "Psychorama" (which threw some ineffective subliminal messages at the audience), a process borrowed from Daniels' earlier effort, TERROR IN THE HAUNTED HOUSE.
