Henry Fonda, just back from WWII, gives a wonderfully mature and restrained portrayal as legendary frontier lawman Wyatt Earp in what stands as one the best orchestrated Western of all time. When his brother is killed and his cattle stolen by the outlaw Clanton clan, Earp straps on his guns and heads for the O.K. Corral. Also starring Linda Darnell, Walter Brennan and Victor Mature.
