After losing his memory because of a blow on the head, Abel must find out whether he is responsible for a murder. After his landlady locks him out he meets Grahame, who helps him find out the truth. Pretty strange thing to do, considering she suspects he may indeed be a killer. From
there the film descends into a confusing mess disguised as a mystery. The plot becomes difficult to follow and ends up a disappointment for genre fans. This is a real shame following the very clever opening and considering the solid performances by the leads. The direction makes the film look
