Here is the first talking film to feature an actor in a dual role as Mulhall plays twin brothers, one a cop, the other a crook. They both love the same girl, Lee. The bad brother belongs to a gang of garment district robbers whom the good brother is out to get. The police captain has given all police orders to shoot first and ask questions later.
