A remake of the 1939 British horror classic THE HUMAN MONSTER stars Fuchsberger as a Scotland Yard investigator embroiled in an investigation into the mysterious deaths of heavily insured old men in Germany. A gang of blind men, led by an evil reverend, turn out to be responsible for the
killings. This version of the story is much more faithful to the Edgar Wallace source material and is one of the best of the Wallace mysteries filmed in Germany in the 1960s. Look for Klaus Kinski (great German actor and father of Nastassia) in an early villainous performance.
