This better than average sci-fi film was the last picture directed by veteran helmsman Dwan. Randell stars as a framed convict who accidentally walks into a cobalt blast during his escape from prison. He survives the explosion only to discover that he is rapidly turning into a man of steel, impervious to bullets.
