Dancing Pirate: Review

The novelty of this early Technicolor film attracted audiences, but the plot, acting, and songs no doubt disappointed the patrons. The story concerns a Boston dance teacher, Collins, who gets shanghaied by pirates. While on the voyage from Boston to Los Angeles by way of Cape Horn, Collins jumps ship in Mexico, meets the local mayor, Morgan, and wins the heart of Morgan's daughter.
