This is a ridiculous semimusical, semidance film that has rich society girl Marsh become a taxi dancer to show her nasty grandfather, Pratt, that she can make a living on her own. Lyon is the rejected lover who is replaced by Nugent, the bellhop who aspires to be a hoofer in vaudeville.
The dancing is not good in this one. Songs: "Every Time I Look at You," "Dancing Feet," "In and Out," "Land of Dreams," "And Then," "Get in Step," "Here I Am Again," "Here Comes Love," "Water Wheel," "I'm Glad It's Me," "Dreaming of You," "Never Give Up," "Recollections of Love" (Sidney Mitchell,
Sammy Stept).
