This film was directed by Mark Robson the year after his huge success with VALLEY OF THE DOLLS. It is the story of a British woman living in San Francisco. She discovers she is pregnant by her photographer boy friend, a violent man who is not playing with a full deck. He wants to marry her, but she decides that would be a mistake and has an abortion. Years later, she marries a lawyer, has a baby, and is a happy, fulfilled woman. However, her happy life is turned upside down when her crazed ex-boy friend shows up, demanding that she kill her baby to rectify the wrong done to him.
