Teri Marshall (Heather Thomas) is the girl friend of Rick Davenport (Jeffrey Combs), a scientist and motorcycle builder. He has designed a super cycle equipped with the firepower of an F-16 and a "transformer," a device that converts oxygen into energy, providing an inexhaustible, free energy source. Rick is murdered, and, afterward, Teri finds a video message from him with instructions on how to operate the motorcycle and where to deliver it. However, the bad guys aren't finished yet. Thomas is a likable enough heroine, though the script makes no real demands of her. The real source of interest is the cast of B-movie veterans whom director Fred Olen Ray habitually assembles for his films. This time we're treated to Bowery Boy Huntz Hall, Martin Landau, Robert Quarry, Troy Donahue, Martine Beswick, and others. leave a comment
