The Cycle Savages

This biker sleaze is barely saved from the gutter by a strong performance from Dern (SILENT RUNNING) as a crazed leader of a motorcycle gang. Up against the bikers is artist Robinson, who is not afraid to throw a few punches with his delicate hands. When Dern's gal poses in the buff for Robinson, the gang leader goes on a rampage. After a drunken orgy, Dern and his gang track down their man, and in an excruciatingly brutal torture scene, crush the artist's hands in a vice. Casey Kasem, of "American Top 40," and onetime California Lieutenant Governor Mike Curb are the film's exececutive producers. Actors Scott Brady and Steve Brodie both appear uncredited as cops.
