It's bio-tech corporate warfare in the year 2074, when cyborgs have replaced humans at all levels. A malicious American cyborg manufacturing company plots to take over their chief competitor by liquidating their entire chain of command. The corporation's scheme is lethal: inject one of their own cyborgs, beautiful Cash Reese with a powerful new liquid explosive that detonates her and everyone in sight. But the wise and benevolent tech-master Mercy tips Cash off to her fate and she runs to escape with the help of human hero Colton Ricks. Together, in the dark corners of the city, they face psychotic and ruthless hunters, as they search for a way out - and back to humanity.

Cash designed specifically to charm/seduce her way into a rival manufacturer's headquarters and then self-detonate. Things go awry, when she starts to have feelings for a human Colson Ricks, aka. Colt 45 who works for PinWheel as a martial arts instructor. He falls for Cash as well, and with the help of Mercy, they escape. PinWheel Corp. sends Danny Bench, a 'Cyborg Tracker' after both Colt and Cash. Violence ensues.
