There's nothing special to watch for in this substandard yarn about an undercover customs agent who sides with a group of smugglers. Once on the inside, he learns that they are importing drugs from China and selling them on the U.S. black market. He blows the whistle and a fight to the
finish takes place on the California coast. A documentary tone is attempted by the inclusion of an imploring, socially minded narrator who colors the scenes. Wonderfully shot by craftsman Tannura.
