A misfire better targeted for the stage than for the silver screen. Centering on Broadway, the picture makes no attempt to employ any cinematic devices. The static camera and tediously long shots also typify the statue-like thespian delivery. The story concerns a stage producer, MacBride, and his director pal, Mowbray, as they try to ruin the career of one of their contracted actresses, Vinson.
