A plot to kill Cuban dictator Fidel Castro is about all there is of interest in this low-budget entry filmed entirely in Key West, Florida. Stock footage of Castro and the Bay of Pigs is used in an attempt to lend authenticity to the outlandish plot. Whitman is cast as Capt. Tony
Terracino, a bartending soldier-of-fortune who is pressured by the CIA to become involved in the assassination plot. It is perhaps because of this film that Castro sent thousands of Cuban criminals to US shores.
