Handsome but painfully disjointed, this dismal THIRD sequel to THE CROW (1994), which relies on special effects to gloss over the screenplay's many deficiencies, takes place in the polluted mining town of Lake Ravasu, whose Native Americans residents see a way out of their dire financial straits in selling the mine to finance construction of a casino.
