Crossing Fields

It's a lot like hanging out with someone else's mom for a couple of hours. Carol Bradley (Reedy Gibbs) is a churchgoing wife who finds her traditional Midwestern values simultaneously challenged on two fronts. First, her best friend Jessica (Gwynyth Walsh) is dumped by her philandering husband (Gary Sandy) after Jessica's affair with a married man brands her the town whore -- a title Jessica, to Carol's dismay, seems determined to live up to.
