Charter boat captain Morris is framed for murder by a gang of jewel smugglers. Morris gets tossed overboard, spends a perilous time at sea, and finally lands in a French fishing village, where he falls in love with Furneaux. He is ultimately exonerated, but not before some shootouts and
a lot of plot-twisting without suspense. This weak British actioner is one of four directed in England in 1955 by low-budget veteran Bud Springsteen.
