Suffering chiefly from a farfetched plot, this melodrama sets its sights on an American Gl, Lovejoy, who wrongly killed a German eight years earlier in Berlin. The rich father of the dead German hires a pair of private eyes to hunt down the guilty party and return him to Germany for prosecution.
