A follow up to the movie DEAD END has the Dead End Kids in another adventure. This one attempts a commentary on how reform schools teach youngsters criminal behavior instead of reforming them. The boys are thrown into the Gatesville Reformatory, which teaches discipline at the end of a cat-o'-nine-tails, and settle down to make the best of the bad bargain handed them by the juvenile court.
