Creepozoids

Another ALIEN-inspired monster movie, this time set in 1998 after a nuclear holocaust. Seeking to avoid the acid rain which is falling throughout the land, five US Army deserters take shelter in a science lab. Unfortunately, a giant monster lurks in the shadows and feasts on the hapless defectors. As it turns out, the monster is a female scientist who has mutated into something resembling a giant beetle and at the climax she/it gives birth to a baby monster. CREEPOZOIDS received a quick theatrical release before going to videocassette earlier in 1988.
