Up The Creek

A lively remake of the 1937 British comedy OH MR. PORTER, which was itself a remake of the 1931 film THE GHOST TRAIN, which had originally been filmed as a silent in 1927. Seeing how many different versions of this material have flickered across the screen, it is a surprise that UP THE CREEK is as fresh and amusing as it is. Tomlinson stars as an overly eager naval officer who dabbles in the art of rocket-making.
