Cracking Up

Fueled by good hit of crack, performance artist cum stand-up comedian Danny Gold (Matt Mitler) can drive everyone else offstage with the sheer manic energy of his act. Danny's effervescent talent for twisted celebrity impersonations, like Robert De Niro doing Henny Youngman, gains him the attention of an influential manager, who agrees to represent him despite the loose-cannon factor. Danny's problem is that he lives life at this high speed all the time, and he can't stand to see things go smoothly.
