Contrary to the misleading title, this film is about a bus driver who gets mixed up with jewel thieves. His sightseeing bus route is in Chinatown. A good amount of action makes up for the shoddy story line. This was Fox contract actor Foster's first directorial chore, one in which he also played the lead.
