Pretentious story of film student Forster running around filming things in search of reality. After alienating everyone around him, his professor, Fields, points out that reality is subjective--just because something is on film doesn't make it true. Last shot has Forster running along a
beach, thinking about it. Director Black made one great film, PRETTY POISON, but he should be sent back to film school with Forster for foisting self-indulgent nonsense such as this on the public.
