Counter Measures

During joint maneuvers with the 6th Fleet, Petrov (James Horan) orders his mercenaries to commandeer the Odessa, a Russian submarine. Having already killed most of the original crew back on land, these apolitical thugs hold the Odessa for ransom. Keeping his minions uninformed, extremist Petrov plans to fire the sub's nuclear warheads at six Soviet cities, blame the devastation on separatists, and take advantage of the ensuing chaos to reunify Mother Russia.
