Convicted: Review

One of Hayworth's earliest efforts at Columbia, her eighth film under the name of Hayworth. (Earlier she had been known as Rita Cansino.) Mild little programmer featuring the torrid redhead as a nightclub dancer, Quigley (and whatever happened to him?) as a detective who convicts Rita's brother, Edwards, of a murder he didn't commit, and Lawrence as the gangster behind it all.
