Set in the 1890s, CONFLICT stars John Wayne as a fighter who travels from one lumber camp to another, staging crooked fights with the help of Carrigan (Ward Bond). After some relatively convincing fight scenes, Wayne sees the light when confronted with the love of a beautiful blonde (Jean Rogers) and an orphan.
