Weak story involving Ameche as a foreign correspondent who will do anything to get his story, and Bennett as the teletype operator in the Ministry of Information in London who wishes Ameche were more prudent but falls for him anyway while he dodges bombs during the London blitz. There are
realistic scenes of ruins caused by bombings, but ten minutes of this picture could have been trimmed without losing anything of importance.
